At Serif & Co Blank Apparel SA, we are committed to supplying quality products and excellent service. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.
As many of our products are made to order, printed, embroidered or personalised specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made items unless the product is faulty or an error has occurred on our part.
Artwork submitted for DTF printing, UV DTF printing, embroidery or other branding services is printed exactly as supplied. Serif & Co is not responsible for low-resolution artwork, spelling mistakes, design errors or colour variations contained in artwork provided by the customer.
Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, fabric dye lots, lighting and manufacturing processes. These differences are considered normal and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an item that differs from what you ordered due to an error on our part, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Clear photographs of the item and packaging must be provided for assessment.
Where a manufacturing fault or fulfilment error is confirmed, the product will be exchanged for the same item where possible. Refunds will only be considered where an exchange is not possible.
Any approved return must be sent back at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed by Serif & Co. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Shipping and courier charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Serif & Co. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method after the returned goods have been inspected and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
